SHIPPING
We deliver all over Europe and free standard eco shipping is provided by us on all orders regardless of the order quantity. Premium eco shipping (express) is available at an additional cost calculated at checkout. For international shipments, we cannot guarantee the delivery time for Premium Eco Shipping (Express) as this is highly dependent on customs. We ship our products with Swiss Post. Please note that the delivery times given at check-out are guidelines and that delays may occur. Multiple products may be shipped individually and may not be delivered on the same day, depending on Swiss Post.
Taxes and duties: Please note that for international orders you may have to pay additional fees upon delivery of the package. Kindly note that AYMA Clothing is unable to advise if you will pay taxes locally or any potential amount that you will be charged.
RETURN POLICY
Please notice that returns and exchanges can only be facilitated within 14 days of receiving the product you wish to return respectively exchange. You have the right to return the tights if your package is unopened and in the original product packaging with the protective seals intact. Please note that we do not accept tights that have been tried on for hygienic reasons. We accept returns on our leggings that have been tried on. The returned leggings need to be unworn, in original condition with the labels intact and in original packaging. Please note that we do not pay the shipment cost for environmentally reasons. If you live outside the EU please note that you will have to pay for duties also. You can return the product to our warehouse for a refund to be made.
